V. COMPENSATION <br />Compensation to TKDA for services provided under SECTION II of this Authorization shall be <br />on an Hourly Rate basis as defined in the Agreement Article 3, in an amount estimated to be <br />$37,775. <br />TKDA agrees not perform services or incur costs which result in billing in excess of the <br />authorized amount until advised by the OWNER that additional funds are available and services <br />can continue. <br />Approved at a meeting of the <br />Consultant Acceptance by <br />Attest <br />Authorized TKDA Representative <br />on , 2006. <br />2006. <br />-3- <br />
