CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-103 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT NO.7 <br />TO CB & I CONSTRUCTORS, INC. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby <br />approves Partial Payment No. 7 to CB & I Constructors, Inc., in the amount <br />of $109,346.43 for work improvements for the Elevated Water Storage Tank No. 2, <br />verified by the City Engineer. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council the 3`° day of October, 2006. <br />Dean A.
