We held the bids until easements <br />were obtained for the watermain route. An agreement for the easement acquisition has been <br />reached. <br />As part of the easement negations, the route was changed, thus a change order will be executed <br />to account for this revision to the work. Also we will adjust the completion dates for the project. <br />It is not anticipated to commence construction until November. <br />Recommendation. <br />Award the contract for the Northern watermain extension to GM Contracting for their bid <br />amount of $411,812.68. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas D.
