(The 281h Street Feasibility Report Will Be Handed Out at the Meeting) <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-098 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND <br />ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE <br />28' STREET CONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, a feasibility report has been prepared by TKDA with reference to the <br />280h Street Construction Project and this report was received by the City Council on <br />September 19, 2006. <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed <br />project is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Lake Elmo City Council will consider the 28th Street Construction Project <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />Chapter 429 at an estimated cost of the improvement of <br />2. A Public Hearing has been order on said street improvement on the th <br />day of 2006 at Lake Elmo City Hall, 7:00 p.m. and the clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing improvement as required by law. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Council this 19th day of September, 2006. <br />Dean A.
