IV <br />V <br />The western portion of the road appears to have very soft soils, and does flood during <br />some springs. It is not proposed to pave this portion of the street because of these factors. <br />No ponding or other storm water treatment is planned, due to the narrow Right -of -Way. <br />City Council has also requested that a cost estimate be prepared for a road section of <br />6 inches of Class 5 aggregate base, 2 inches of bituminous wear, and 18 feet wide. This <br />estimate is also included in the Appendix. <br />PERMITS AND APPROVALS <br />None. <br />ESTIMATED PROJECT COSTS <br />The prices quoted herein are from Park Construction Company's Unit Prices provided for <br />the Tablyn Park/Lake Elmo Heights Watermain Extension project.
