The economic feasibility is to be determined by
the City Council and residents involved.
XI. RECOMMENDATIONS
• We recommend the City proceed with the option of a 22-foot wide street on a standard
city street section. The project should be done in phases, with the existing Contractor
placing the gravel base. This will allow any settling to occur over the winter.
• Next summer the paving would be completed under a separate bid.
• It is recommended that the assessments be set at $2,500 per unit.
4 13593.000
