Labe:E-4tuojAgend&a Section: Planning, Land Use and Zoning o. 913City ,ju➢y <br />Agenda Item: Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning — Apostolic Bible Church Site <br />Background Information for Tu➢v f S 2006: <br />On July 10 the Planning Commission conducted the required Public Hearing and unanimously <br />recommended approval of a City Council -initiated action to amend the Comprehensive PIan classification <br />of this site from PF to RAD; and to rezone the site from PF to RR. The property owner (Apostolic .Bible <br />Church) was mailed a copy of the Hearing Notice at an address provided by the Washington County GIS, <br />but did not respond or attend the Hearing.
