Fax: 763-785-7929 <br />July 19, 2006 <br />RE: BUILDING I SURFACING OF NEW BASKETBALL COURT <br />Lake Elmo - (1) Basketball Court M z 501 <br />The process to build new courts is as follgjts: <br />Remove topsoil / growth and prop sub grade. <br />Place and compact 6" Of Class 5 base rook. <br />Install (2) 1-1/2" lifts of asphalt for a total 3" asphalt mat. <br />City to supply and install basketball hoops. <br />High-pressure blow entire surface clean of dirt and debris. <br />Prime areas insure bonding of new application materials, <br />Patch and blend low areas, ("birdbaths') to surrounding surface. <br />- Apply (2) coats of acrylic blended resurfacerto fill remaining surface imperfections. <br />- Apply (2) textured acrylic color coats to the surface. Color to be Dark Green. <br />- Upon curing apply 2" white playing lines per ASSA specifications. <br />CSR will need a water source supplied near facility location <br />Total cost to complete (1) court project is $ 15,890.00. <br />CSR is fully insured for your project and will issue a certificate of insurance if requested. All work has a one-year <br />manufacturers werrentvon materials used. If You have any auestims olease call me 0 (7631-783.8D86. <br />The above price and specifications are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. CSR is authorized <br />to do the above work specified.
