Ordinance No. 97-176: Lateral Water Main Connection, Ordinance No. 97-177: <br />Lateral Water Main Connection Charges for Phases I and 11: <br />The City Planner explained the differences between trunk water charges and lateral water <br />charges. The City Planner that the existing Code is confusing and inaccurate. He said <br />that the Staff recommends adoption of the two ordinances: one to re -word the Code <br />regarding WAC/lateral water charges, and one to establish water lateral charges for the <br />Interconnect Projects I and II.
