Comprehensive Plan Amendment — Apostolic Bible Church Site: PF to RAD <br />City of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota <br />Resolution No. 2006-093 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT <br />GUIDING LAND USE FROM PF TO RAD <br />TO THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has made application for a Comprehensive <br />Plan Amendment, amending the land use guiding from PF to RAD for the following <br />parcel of land; to wit: <br />Legal Description <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, <br />Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 28; <br />thence on an assumed bearing of North 88 degrees 53 minutes 28 seconds East, <br />along the south line of said Southeast Quarter, 1770.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning; thence North 01 degrees 06 minutes 32 seconds West 245.00 feet; <br />thence northeasterly, along a tangential curve, concave to the southeast, having a <br />radius of 241.75 feet and a central angle of 40 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds, <br />168.77 feet; thence North 38 degrees 53 minutes 28 seconds East, tangent to the <br />last curve, 125.60 feet; thence northerly along a tangential curve, concave to the <br />Northwest, having a radius of 254.72 feet and a central angle of 39 degrees 40 <br />minutes 47 seconds, 176.41 feet; thence North 00 degrees 47 minutes 19 seconds <br />West, tangent to the last curve, 74.17 feet; thence northeasterly along a tangential <br />curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 60.00 feet and a central angle <br />of 39 degrees 11 minutes 42 seconds, 41.04 feet to a point of reverse curve; <br />thence northeasterly, northerly and westerly along said reverse curve, concave to <br />the southwest, having a radius of 60.00 feet and a central angle of 162 degrees 33 <br />minutes 43 seconds, 170.24 feet; thence North 00 degrees 47 minutes 19 seconds <br />West, not tangent to last curve, 257.85 feet; thence South 88 degrees 47 minutes <br />13 seconds West, parallel with the north line of said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter 591.91 feet to the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter; thence southerly along the west line of said Southeast Quarter <br />of the Southeast Quarter 1116.18 feet to the southwest confer of said Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence easterly along the South line of said <br />
