these two projects are zoned R-1 (SRD), and have a proposed assessment rate of <br />$1,309.00 per buildable lot. <br />Mayor Johnston closed the public hearing at 7:26 p.m, <br />MOTION; Council Member DeLapp moved to approve Resolution No. 2007-075 <br />adopting the final assessment roll for the Tablyn Park Streets project. Council Member <br />Johnson seconded the motion.
