It expects to complete 515 units by the end of <br />2010 and the remaining 85 by the end of 2015. At that time, the City will have 600 <br />REC's used in the Old Village. This number will remain stationary until the end of 2025, <br />when the City will anticipate the connection of up to 196 existing housing units and <br />providing up to 210 REC's for non-residential buildings (using current knowledge, as <br />opposed to the assumptions made in 2005) in the Old Village. There will be ample time <br />
