Mr. Bush is not expanding the existing compacted gravel parking lot; he will only cover it with <br />bituminous. Prosecuting Attorney Response to RFP <br />The City received two responses to our ad for Prosecuting Attorney proposals; Attorney Jerry Filla, <br />Peterson, Fram & Bergman and Kevin K. Shoeberg. <br />Council members Armstrong and Dunn would like to invite Mr. Shoeberg for an interview to see if the City <br />would be better served. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/DeLapp — to invite Mr. Kevin Shoeberg for an interview for prosecuting attorney based <br />on his submitted RFP. (Motion passed 3-2:Hunt, Siedow —do not need to interview just because we <br />received an RFP.) <br />B. Issues to be discussed with Washington County at May 16 Workshop <br />Administrator Kueffner will confirm workshop date of May 16, 5 p.m. Mayor Hunt invited Commissioner <br />Pulkrabek. <br />Issues to be discussed with Washington County: <br />1. Why is the County shifting burden of maintenance costs to City? <br />2. General policy on signal lights <br />3. The County is reacting to development. Why can some cities control speed and others cannot. <br />4. Why not look at other options such as rumble strips on County 19 & loth. <br />5. What are the County's plans for the poor condition of DeMontreville Road? <br />6.
