Comprehensive Plan — TKDA Proposal for Transportation: Water and Sewer Elements Planner Dillerud requested TKDA present the proposal for preparation of the "Civil Engineering" elements of the 2000-2020 Comprehensive Plan, which are required element (per the Metropolitan Land Use Planning Act) that could not be started until we had settled on a Land Use Map. Staff recommended approval of the TKDA proposal. Sufficient budget amounts are available in both the Planning Department budget, and the separate consulting planner account, both in 2000 and 2001.
