B. Stop Signs at CR13 and 15 <br />Tom Prew has talked to Washington County, and they are reviewing the <br />intersection for stop signs. <br />9. PLANNING, LAND USE, AND ZONING: <br />A. Comments regarding the MnDOT Transportation System Plan (TSP) <br />At the request of the Council, Planner Dillerud reviewed the document <br />within the context of the Comprehensive Planning policy and strategy of the <br />City. The Council felt the Planner hit all the highpoints in his memo dated <br />December 27, 2000. <br />10. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT: <br />11. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />Council member DeLapp thanked Administrator Kueffner for the strong and <br />appropriate letter she wrote to MAC. <br />Council member Dunn informed the Council of the demise of Mary Olson <br />who had served on the Parks Commission. She was a longtime resident of <br />Lake Elmo, a strong caring woman, who loved her flower garden and gave <br />of her time because she loved her community. <br />12. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: <br />13. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />A. Ordinance Amending Sunday Hours of Operation for Intoxicating <br />Liquor <br />It was discovered that our code allows Sunday On -Sale of intoxicating liquor <br />starting at 12 noon. Lake Elmo Inn has a Sunday brunch at which <br />intoxicating liquor is served before noon. Staff had taken a boilerplate of an <br />ordinance used in another city. A draft ordinance amending the hours for <br />Sunday on -sale was prepared for Council review. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/Siedow — to adopt Ordinance 9768, as amended (change <br />12noon to 10:00 a.m.) amending Section 1200.12 Subd.
