St.Croix I and II projects. Signs are located at Linden Trail/State Highway <br />5; at Linden Trail/50th Street North; and, at Little Bluestein Trail/State <br />Highway 5. Each of these signs is approximately 30 square feet in surface <br />area; and are located at the street right-of-way line. The Planning <br />Commission recommended approval with conditions specified in the <br />resolution. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow - to adopt Resolution No 2001-13, A Resolution <br />granting a Conditional Use Permit to Robert Engstrom Companies for <br />permanent neighborhood identification signage at three locations within the <br />Fields of St.Croix I and II, as recommended by, and upon the conditions <br />specified by the Planning Commission. (Motion passed 3-1Armstong <br />Mayor Hunt was absent for the vote) <br />F. Conditional Use Permit — Permanent Neighborhood Identification Signs, <br />Tana Ridge (SJW Enterprises, LLC). <br />SJW Enterprises, LLC is requesting approval of an after -the -fact Conditional <br />Use Permit for one permanent neighborhood identification sign at the Tana <br />Ridge The sign is located at Lily Avenue/50th Street N and is approximately <br />40 sq.ft. in surface area; and, is located at the street right-of-way line. The <br />Planning Commission recommended approval with the conditions specified <br />in the resolution. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow — to adopt Resolution No. 2001-14, A Resolution <br />granting a Conditional Use Permit to SJW Enterprises, LLC for permanent <br />neighborhood identification signage at Tana Ridge, as recommended by, and <br />upon the conditions specified by, the Planing Commission. (Motion passed <br />3-lArmstrong Mayor Hunt was absent for the vote.). <br />G. Ordinance to Amend Section 535.07 — Repeal Neighborhood Monument <br />Signage <br />Planner Dillerud reported a public hearing was held by the Planning <br />Commission to repeal Neighborhood Monument Signage (Paragraph G, of <br />Section 535.07,Subd 1.). and recommend repeal of this paragraph.
