Mayor Hunt called the Council meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council <br />chambers. PRESENT: Siedow, Hunt, Dunn (arrived 7:05), Armstrong, <br />DeLapp, City Attorney Filla, City Engineer Prew, Building Official Jim <br />McNamara, City Planner Dillerud, and City Administrator Kueffner. <br />L AGENDA: <br />M/S/P Siedow/Armstrong — to approve the June 19, 2001 City Council <br />agenda, as amended. (Motion passed 3-0:Council member DeLapp stepped <br />away for the vote). <br />2. MINUTES: June 5, 2001 <br />M/S/P Siedow/Armstrong — to approve the June 5, 2001 City Council <br />minutes, as amended. (Motion passed 5-0) <br />3. CLAIMS: <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn — to approve Resolution No. 2001-041, approving <br />claims number 18822 through 18876 in the amount of $71,359.03. (Motion <br />passed 5-0.) <br />4. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL: <br />A. Huff N Puff Proclamation, Non -Intoxicating Liquor License: Lake <br />Elmo Jaycees <br />MAYOR HUNT PROCLAIMED AUGUST 9, 10, 11 & 12, 2001 TO BE <br />HUFF'N PUFF DAYS <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn — to proclaim August 9-12, 2001 as Huff N Puff Days <br />and to approve an on -sale non -intoxicating malt liquor license this annual <br />festival and to waive the fees for the liquor license and for the ballfield <br />lights. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />B. Highway 36 Corridor Management Plan <br />Doug Fisher, Washington County, Representatives from MnDOT, and <br />S.E.H. (consultant to MnDOT) presented the final Report and Plan regarding <br />proposed future improvements to Highway 36. The Council was asked to <br />adopt a Resolution that states Lake Elmo agrees with the Plan, and, pledges <br />the City's cooperation and efforts toward the execution of the Plan <br />components. <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES DUNE 19, 2001 2 <br />
