City Administrator's Recommendation for Auditing Services Administrator Kueffner reported she had previously provided the Council with information supporting her recommendation for an interim audit and change in auditing firms. I-94 North Ramps at CSAH13 The City received a letter from David Engstrom, MN/DOT approving the installation of all -way stops at intersections under MnDOT's jurisdiction. Administrator Kueffner reported that the bids for signalization at CSAH 13 and 94 were three times higher than anticipated. The Washington County Board took recommendation and rejected all bids and would look at it again next year. A four way stop will be added. Council member Armstrong stated there should be larger stop signs and "stop" painted on the lane because the traffic is horrendous. Mayor Hunt suggested inviting County Commissioner Pulkabek to discuss the City's roundabout proposal on 1 Oth Street.
