(Motion passed 5-0). <br />12.UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />13.CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: None <br />14.CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />Mayor Hunt reported the County's elected official meeting is on October <br />9 <br />Council member DeLapp reported that Planner Dillerud had indicated no <br />permit was required for parking lots when Lake Elmo Banquet Hall had <br />resurfaced its parking lot. <br />Council member Dunn reported Ellen Neuenfeldt, Heritage Farm, thanked <br />everyone for correcting the aim of the beacon at the Lake Elmo Airport. <br />There was an article on Planning for Parks in the St.Paul Pioneer Press <br />indicating design work for a nature center and 3 kilometers of lighted cross <br />country ski trail at Lake Elmo Regional Park. Parks Supervisor Mike <br />Polehna didn't know if it was to be street lighting.
