3.b League Of Minnesota Cities Insurance Renewal <br />Finance Director Berg reported the City's insurance policy renews in January. <br />M/S/P Siedow/Dunn — to approve the League of Minnesota Cities <br />Insurance Trust renewal for 2002. <br />(Motion Passed 5-0). <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn — to approve the additional coverage of one <br />million dollars at a cost of $3796.00 <br />(Motion Passed 5-0). <br />Finance Director Berg stated she would provide the Treasurers Report in <br />February. <br />4. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br />PUBLIC INQUIRIES: <br />Dan Rude <br />3250 Kraft Circle <br />Mr. Rude said he approached City Staff in May of 2001 and made a request to <br />the City Administrator to get on the 201; this had not acted upon; made an <br />additional request 7`h of January, and was told that through an accident, his <br />request had been omitted from tonight's meeting; feels he is getting misleading, <br />inaccurate, and inadequate information from City Staff; plans to go ahead with <br />project, but feels frustrated with the events that have taken place over the past <br />9 months. <br />Council Member Dunn said the City is not in the process of being a realtor; <br />although this procedure may be "bumpy", hopefully staff will solve the issue <br />quickly. <br />Administrator Kueffner said the issue will be on the February 5`h City Council <br />Agenda; she wants to prepare a historical account of this project, feels the <br />original application had been assigned to other staff; and, possibly the applicant <br />misunderstands the issue. <br />4.A 2002 Board of Review <br />Mayor Hunt reported that the Lake Elmo Board of Review will meet at City <br />Hall on Wednesday, the 8th of May, 2002, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and <br />Lake Elmo City Council January 15, 2002 page 4 <br />
