Finance Director Berg pointed out the Animal Control costs are <br />down. <br />Council member Siedow and Administrator Kueffner attended the Airport Transportation <br />meeting where it was noted the Committee is against the dike in the downtown St.Paul <br />airport. This airport can only be used 10 months out of the year due to flooding problem. <br />If this dike is not built, the Lake Elmo airport may be accommodating the plane traffic. <br />Council member DeLapp also received a call from Steve Ziertman and provided two <br />figures describing front, back and side yard setbacks.
