Mayor Hunt called the Council meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council chambers. <br />PRESENT: Siedow, Dunn, Hunt, DeLapp, City Engineer Prew, City Planner Dillerud, <br />City Attorney Filla, Finance Director Berg, Public Works Supervisor Olinger and <br />Administrator Kueffner. ABSENT: Council member Armstrong. <br />1. AGENDA <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to approve the March 6, 2002 City Council agenda, as amended. <br />(Motion passed 4-0.) <br />2. MINUTES: February 19, 2002 <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to approve the February 19, 2002 City Council minutes, as <br />amended. (Motion passed 3-lAbstain: Siedow) <br />3. PUBLIC INOUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL: <br />A. Public Inquiries None <br />B. St.Paul SCORE: Wyn John <br />Wyn John explained SCORE is a volunteer resource partner for the SBA (Small Business <br />Administration). Men and women from many walks of business life who have faced <br />problems volunteer to pass on knowledge acquired from many years of experience. <br />Brochures on SCORE, Counselors to America's Present and Future Small Business <br />People, are available at City Hall. <br />4. FINANCE: <br />C. Claims <br />M/S/P Dunn/Siedow — to adopt Resolution No. 2002-010, approving claim numbers <br />21268 through 21284 issued for the February 21, 2002 payroll and claim numbers 21285 <br />through 21329 in the amount of $52,557.01. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />5.NEW BUSINESS: <br />6.CONSENT AGENDA: <br />A. Resignation of Cynthia Young, Advertise for position <br />M/S/P Siedow/DeLapp — to accept the resignation of Cynthia Young effective February <br />22, 2002, acknowledging her last day of work with the City being March 8, 2002. The <br />Council wished her well and appreciated everything she has done. (Motion passed 4-0). <br />B. Resignation of Rae Kupferschmidt, Advertise for cable operator <br />M/S/P Siedow/DeLapp — to accept the resignation of Rae Kuperschmidt effective <br />February 20, 2002, acknowledging her last day of work with the City being March 25, <br />2001.
