Rental of Satellite Bldg. <br />12. CITY COUNCIL REPORTS: <br />Mayor Hunt called the Council meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council <br />chambers. PRESENT: Siedow, Dunn, Hunt, Armstrong, DeLapp, City <br />Attorney Filla, City Engineer Prew, Planner Dillerud, Finance Director <br />Grenfell, and City Administrator Kueffner. <br />L AGENDA <br />M/S/P Dunn/DeLapp - to approve the August 6, 2002 City Council agenda, <br />as amended. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />2. MINUTES: July 16, 2002 <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Armstrong - to approve the July 16, 2002 City Council <br />minutes, as amended. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />3. PUBLIC INOURIES/INFORMATIONAL <br />A.Public Inquiries <br />Mayor Hunt announced the Lake Elmo City vs. Business Softball Game will <br />be played at Lions Park on Saturday, August 10v' at 4:00 p.m.. <br />4. CLAIMS <br />The Council welcomed Abigail (Abby) Grenfell, the new city finance <br />director. <br />Attorney Shoeberg was notified of the double billing and the City was <br />credited $180. <br />M/S/P Siedow/Armstrong - to adopt Resolution No. 2002-069 approving <br />claim numbers 22040-22044, 22046-22060 used for the July 25, 2002 <br />payroll and claim numbers 32, 33, 22045, 22061 through 22140 in the <br />amount of $135,608.38.
