Council Member DeLapp: Discussion on ATV's <br />Council member DeLapp received a complaint on ATV's from a resident who lives on 10 <br />acres. The City needs a policy, with the input from Washington County, regulating all - <br />terrain vehicles and snowmobiles. Council member Siedow noted there is a problem with <br />dust when they ride along Hwy 5. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow — to request a Washington County Deputy to be at the next <br />meeting to lead a discussion on ATV's, discuss problems, review laws, and find out what <br />our options may be.
