5. CONSENT AGENDA: <br />A. 2003 Liquor License <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn — to grant a 2003 On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor and On - <br />Sale Sunday Intoxicating License to 3M Club of St Paul (Operators of <br />Tartan Park). (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn — to grant a 2003 On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor, Off - <br />Sale Intoxicating Liquor, and On -Sale Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License <br />to the Twin Point Tavern and Lake Elmo Inn. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn — to grant a 2003 On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor, On - <br />Sale Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License to River Valley Catering, Inc., <br />Lake Elmo Banquet Hall and the Machine Shed, Moline Plow, L.L.C. <br />(Motion passed 5-0). <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn — to grant a 2003 On -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt <br />Liquor License for the Golf Course Center at Cimarron Park. (Motion <br />passed 5-0). <br />B. Leave of Absence Request <br />The Finance Director reported a full-time City employee has requested an <br />extension of the previously granted leave of absence. The extension request <br />is for no more than 180 additional days. The City Administrator and <br />Finance Director supported the request and recommended approval by the <br />Council. <br />M /S/P Dunn/DeLapp — to approve the extended Leave of Absence Request <br />by the full-time City Employee. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />C. Amendment to Fee Schedule for Liquor Licenses (Postponed to <br />December 19, 2002.) <br />D. Amendment to Personnel Policy on Vacation Accrual and <br />Usage <br />The Finance Director reported there are inconsistencies in the Personnel <br />Policy in the vacation accrual and usage sections.
