Elmo were not consistent with AMM policies. METC. is most sensitive to zoning <br />issues, which probably means we are on the right rack. <br />Dillerud said he met with an experienced lobbyist and a law firm two weeks ago. <br />Representative Lipman talked to governor staff and found that they were not interested in <br />the Lake Elmo/METC issue. Dillerud said he would find out via the lobbyist meeting <br />with the Governor whether Lipman's information could be confirmed. Johnston was <br />assured from the committee if we had some proposed legislation they would be favorable <br />to hearing out the City. He advised the Council that he would continue to pursue this <br />through his AMM committee membership, unless the Council directed otherwise. <br />12.
