Shervheim 2nd by C.Abercrombie that the minutes of the Dec„ 19, 1972 <br />meeting be approved as snbmi.'tted. Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by C. ,Shervheim 2nd by C.Abercrombie that clerk be authorized to write <br />Ors. Dorothy E. Jensen and advise her that the property described by plate 37015-050-3 <br />had been examined by the nark committee and it was felt that becarse of the contour <br />and the size that the property was not worth the asking price -and the Villar,e was not <br />interested in the property. Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by C. Katson 2nd by C.Abercrombie that counsel prepare ordinance adopting the <br />Ashington County Sanitary Sewer Disposal Ordinance in its entirety by .reference. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Motion by C. Shervheim 2nd by C.Friedrich that clerk be authorized to request a census <br />for the Village of Lake Elmo if the treasurer and counsel are in agreement based on <br />available information that census would be accented and benefit the Village financially <br />by acceptance by the state to use the figures in determining shared revenue, Carried 5-0. <br />C. Watson presented Resolution R73- requesting the Valley Branch Watershed District to <br />conduct a study on movement of excess water from Tri-Lakes thxu Eagle mint Lake and <br />asked for its approval.. Second by C. Shervheim. A vote being taken; all members of <br />the council voted in favor of resolution. <br />Counsel Raleigh advised to contact 'residents or land owners along the 694-394 inter- <br />change regarding the easements necessary to make this improvement as acquisition of <br />property will be the responsibility of the village. <br />Motion by C. Abercrombie 2nd by C.'Tatson that condemnation proceedings for Property <br />for a student walkway off Hwy. 212 be delayed until the Feb. 20, 1911 neeting.. Qrried. 5-0. <br />Clerk instructed to write Hwy. Dept. asking that no passing zone be established thru <br />the old village on Hwy. 212 since they had rejected our .request to extend the slower <br />speed zone. <br />Counsel to contact Ramsey County regarding procedure for filing plat and then send <br />letter to Washington County Board. <br />Motion by C.
