R-73-9 <br />RESOLUTION <br />V I LIAGE OF IAKE E LMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNE.SOTA <br />A RESOLUTION NAMING NEW STREET (IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1973-1) <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Lake Elmo has determined <br />to proceed with public Improvement Project No. 1973-1 which will involve the <br />construction of a new street between Highway 94 and 10th Street North, which <br />new street shall be located approximately 480 feet East of the centerline of <br />Section 32, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has determined that the name "Helmo Avenue North" is <br />a suitable name for said street and conforms with the Street Naming System <br />adopted by the Village Council: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said new street shall, and the same <br />hereby is, designated "Helmo Avenue North". <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 20th day of March, 1973. <br />Calvin J.
