NOTICE OF PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />TIME AND PLACE: Notice is hereby given that the Village Council <br />of the Village of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, will <br />meet at the Village Hall in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, <br />at 7.00 o'clock P.M. onTueaday, .Tune 12, 1973, <br />to consider making the following improvement, <br />to -wit: <br />NATURE OF IMPROVEMENT: Lower the water level of Fake Jane. <br />ESTIMATED COST: The total estimated cost of said improvement <br />is $12,000.00. <br />AREA PROPOSED TO BE The area proposed to be assessed for such <br />ASSESSED: improvement is every lot, piece or parcel of <br />land abutting the shoreline of said Lake Jane <br />based on benefits received and without regard <br />to cash valuation. <br />AUTHORITY: The Council proposes to proceed under the authority <br />granted by Chapter 429 of the Minnesota Statutes. <br />SUCH PERSONS AS DESIRE TO BE HEARD WITH REFERENCE <br />TO THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT WILL BE HEARD AT THIS <br />MEETING.
