Minutes of Lake Elmo Council Special Meeting, 3-26-74. <br />Present: Eder,Watson,Abercrombie,SI-ervheir^,Pott and â–ºlehsikomer. <br />Also present: PZC members R. Drelier,R.Johnson,D.Lyons and Tom Torseth. <br />Meeting called to order at 7:37 P.M. by Mayor Fder. <br />I-94: C. Watson and C. Pott brought the Council i.ip to <br />date on the I-94 Hwy. RAPP and I-94 Truth Committee <br />are the major objectors to original I-94 Routing. <br />11 sub -committee has been working on a plan and <br />hope to have a tentative proposal by 4/5/74. <br />C. Pott is on this sub -committee. <br />Lake Elmo <br />Heights: Proposed plat covers 160 acres South of Stillwater <br />Blvd. and West of Cty. Hwy. 30. Village encrineer <br />and county planner have been involved and PZC has <br />what they feel is a workable plan. PZC is request- <br />ing council approval for professional planner <br />(Midwest) assistance at this noint to review and <br />pass comment on plan. <br />Motion by C. Watson 2nd by C. Shervheim to approve <br />expenditure of up to $400 to have "lidwest Planning <br />review the proposed Lake Elmo Heights project. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Adjournrient:;;otion by C.
