R-74-10 <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE HONORABLE ROBERT R. WATSON FOR SERVICE <br />TO THE VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO. <br />WHEREAS, Robert R. Watson has since March 1, 1965 <br />served this municipality as a Village Councilman from January <br />19, 1970, to April 2nd, 1974, and as a Supervisor and Chairman <br />of the former Town of East Oakdale from March 1, 1965 <br />to January 19, 1970, always giving generously of his time and <br />sparing no personal effort to make the Village of Lake Elmo a <br />better place to live; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council, at his request and most <br />reluctantly, has accepted his resignation this 2nd day of April, <br />1974, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Lake Elmo that said Robert R. Watson be and he <br />hereby is commended for said service, <br />AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Robert R. Watson's <br />contribution to the organization of this Village be, and the <br />same are hereby, recognized as unequalled and invaluable con- <br />tributions to the spirit of cooperation and community service <br />which has become the hallmark of this Village and its govern- <br />ment, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby <br />directed to deliver a certified copy of this Resolution to <br />said Robert R.
