<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
<br />that these bonds will be offered for sale according to
<br />the following terms:
<br />' TINE AND PLACE:
<br />Tuesday, May 20, 1975 at 5:00 o'clock
<br />P.M. at the City Hall in 'Lake Elmo,
<br />Minnesota.
<br />TYPE OF BONDS:
<br />Negotiable coupon general obligation
<br />bonds, $5,000 denomination, except
<br />that bonds numbered 1 to 4 shall be in
<br />the denomination of $1,000 each.
<br />DATE OF BONDS:
<br />May 1, 1975.
<br />PURPOSE:
<br />Refunding the outstanding General
<br />Obligation Park Bonds of 1974, dated
<br />December 1, 1974 of the City.
<br />INTEREST PAYMENTS:
<br />March 1, 1976, and semiannually thereafter
<br />on September 1 and March 1. At least five
<br />days prior to the date A sale the City
<br />will establish the rate or rates of
<br />interest to be borne by the Bonds.
