NOTICE 0 <br />BOND SALE <br />$739,000 <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION REFUNDING <br />BONDS OF 1975 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that these bonds will be offered for <br />sale according to the following terms: <br />TIME AND PLACE <br />TYPE OF BONDS: <br />DATE OF BONDS: <br />PURPOSE: <br />INTEREST PAYMENTS: <br />MATURITIES <br />Sealed bids will be received on <br />September 2 , 1975 until <br />:00 o'clock Y.M. at the City <br />Hall in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, <br />at which time they will be <br />publicly opened and recorded. <br />The Council will award the <br />bonds at 7:30 o'clock P.M. the <br />same day. <br />Negotiable coupon general obligation <br />bonds, $5,000 denomination, except <br />ghat bonds numbered 1 to 4 shall <br />be in the denomination of $1,000 <br />each. <br />Refunding the outstanding General <br />Obligation Park Bonds of 1974, <br />dated December 1, 1974 of the City. <br />March 1, 1976, and semiannually <br />thereafter on September 1 and <br />March 1. At least five days prior <br />to the date of sale the City will <br />establish the rate or rates of <br />interest to be borne by the Bonds. <br />March 1 and September 1 in each <br />of the years and amounts as follows: <br />EXHIBIT "A" to R-75-28 <br />
