R-75-39 RESOLUTION CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PEBBLE PARK TRAIL NORTH WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo owns certain lands in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SA of SW4) of Section Nine (9), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-one (21), Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW4 of SA) of Section Nine (9), Township Twenty --nine (29), Range Twenty- one (21), Washington County, Minnesota, lying Southerly of the Northerly right--of-way line of Lake Jane Road and lying East of the West eight hundred thirty-three and five tenths (833.5) feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW4 of SW4) of said Sec- tion Nine (9), and The North nine hundred fifty --eight and nine tenths (958.9) feet of the South one thousand seventy and six tenths (1070.6) feet of the West eight hundred thirty-three and five tenths (833.5) feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW- of SW4) of Section Nine (9), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West and the East three hundred forty and five tenths (340.5) feet of the West eight hundred thirty --three and five tenths (833.5) feet of the South one hundred eleven and seven tenths (111.7) feet of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW4 of SA) all in Washington County, Minnesota, which lands are being developed by the City for park purposes and have been designated "Pebble Park"; and WHEREAS, part of the development of said Pebble Park includes the construction of a street to he used as a public street for ingress and egress to said park; and WHEREAS, it appears to be appropriate and beneficial to the City at this time to memorialize the dedication of the street portion of said park lands to use as a public street; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo that the following described tract of land, being part of said Pebble Park, be dedicated for use as a public street - to --wit: A tract of land sixty (60) feet in width lying thirty (30) feet on either side of the centerline of the existing road on said park lands,which existing road commences in the Southeasterly corner of said Pebble Park at the North right-of-way line of Lake Jane Trail North and runs Northwesterly from the North right-of-way line of said Lake Jane Trail North to the water pump site located on said park lands. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purpose of this Resolution is to establish the location of said public street to insure the classification and regulation of the same as a public street even though it lies within the boundaries of said park,
