RATS-39 <br />SRPAS, the City of Lake Elmo owns certain lands in the Southwest Quarter of <br />the southwest Quarter (Saar of Sw%) of Section dine (9), Township Twenty-nine (29), <br />Range Twenty-one (21). Washington County, Minnesatap described as follows, <br />The North nine hundred fifty-eight and nine tenths (9$8.9) feet of <br />the South one thousand seventy and six tenths (1070.6) feet of the <br />tract eight hundred thirty-three and five tenths (833.5) feet of the <br />.southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SWk of $A) of Section <br />Mine (9)p Township Twenty-nin4 (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) <br />west and the East three hundred forty and five tenths (348.5) feet <br />of the hest eight hundred thirty-three and five tenths (833.5) feet <br />of the South one hundred eleven and eleven tenths (111.7) feet of <br />said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW'Ag of SWU a17. in <br />Washington County, Minnesota, <br />which Sands are being developed by the City for park purposes and have been designated <br />"Pebble Park"; and <br />WHEIRrAs, hart of the development of said Pebble Park includes the construction <br />of a street to be used as &,public street -for ingress and regress to said parkr and <br />NtWA }S, it appears to be appropriate and beneficial to the City at this time <br />to memorialize the dedication of the street portion of said park lands to use as a <br />public streets <br />NOW, TIUML ORB, D9 IT RESOLVOOs by the City Council of tine City of Lake Elmo <br />that the following described tract of land, being part of said Pebble Park, be <br />dedicated for use as a public street - to -wits <br />A tract of lance sixty (60) feet in width lying thirty (38) feet on <br />either side of the eantarline of the existing road on said )Sark <br />laando,which existing road octumances in the southeasterly corner of <br />said Pebble 'Park at the north right-of-way line of Lake Jane 'frail <br />North and runs 13orthwesterly from the North right-of-way line of said <br />Lake June Trail North to the water pump site located can said park lands. <br />Mil IT FURTl S2 RESOLVED, that the purpose of this Resolution is to establish the <br />location of said public street to insure the classification and regulation of the <br />same as a public street even though it lies within the boundaries of said park. <br />
