R-75-43 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE TLMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING EUGENE PROEHNER FOR <br />SERVICE ON THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, Eugene Froehner has served the City of Lake Elmo as a member of <br />its Planning Commission since August 20, 19741 and <br />WHEREAS, said Eugene Froehnar has found it necessary to resign as a member <br />of the Planning Commission because other personal matters are making cheater de- <br />mands on his time and, as a result, he is not able to continue his Planning <br />activities: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />that,the City accept„ with regret the resignation of Eugene Proshner from the <br />Planning Commission, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council does hereby commend said <br />Eugene Froahner for his diligent and generous service to the people of this <br />community as a member of their Planning Commission - said service will, no <br />doubt, make a lasting contribution to this community and its well-being. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 16th day of December, 1975. <br />MAYNARD L.
