A copy <br />of the plannervshould be directed to the Assessor for <br />his reivew. <br />Metro Council.: Clerk received copy of report on Policy and Legislative <br />Proposal, 1976-1978, from M. C. and asked how many <br />additional copies needed. Clerk to order 10. <br />Insurance Committee Report: Clerk instructed to add this item to <br />agenda for next meeting and invite Dave 7inschlag, <br />and any members of the committee,to attend the discussion. <br />Election: Lloyd Shervheim offered Resolution R76-23 establishing <br />Polling Places for precincts in the City of Lake Flmo, <br />and requested council approval. 2nd by Councilwoman <br />Lyons. Carried 4-0. <br />Correspondence: Meeting called by Charles Swanson regarding Waste <br />Disposal in Eastern half of Ramsey and all of <br />Washington County. Meeting scheduled July 26, 1976 <br />in Washington County Board Room at 7:30 p.m. <br />Budget: Clerk distributed copy of 6 month financial report <br />and requested council to review and start preparinn <br />for 1977 budget. Any questions or needs for additional <br />detail should be requested now so we can pull it to- <br />gether. <br />Minutes: July 6 meeting the claim number 76755 should be inserted <br />as final number rather_ than 767. <br />Motion by Councilman .Shervheim second by Councilman Pott <br />to approve as amended. <br />Carried 4-0. <br />Claims: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilwoman Lyons <br />to approve claims 76740 thru 76744 payroll and claims <br />76756 thru 76773 general, for payment. carried 4-0. <br />1975 Flood Control Assessment --Councilman Pott offered Resolution. R76-24 <br />establishing the final assessment procedure for the 1975 <br />Flood Control Project, and authorizing engineer to revise <br />assessment roles usina the new weighting factors, a five <br />year term and an interest rate of 7.5%, and requested <br />council approval. Second by Councilman Shervheim. <br />Carried 4-0. <br />Adjournment: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Pott <br />to adjourn at 8:50 p.m. <br />Carried 4-0. <br />
