R-76-28 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THREE-WAY STOP AT <br />JAMLEY AND 31st STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council that a hazardous <br />traffic condition exists at the intersection of Jamley and 31st Street North in the <br />City of Lake Elmo, by reason of the fact that traffic from County Highway No. 6 (old <br />Highway 212) tends to drive through 31st Street in reaching new Highway 212; and <br />WHEREAS, thecCity Council is advised that a three-way stop at the intersection <br />of Jamley and 31st Street North would tend to eliminate such traffic hazard: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council that a three-way stop be <br />required at the intersection of Jamley and 31st Street North and that the City <br />maintenance department install appropriate stop signs,under the direction of the <br />City Engineer, as soon as it is reasonably possible. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 21st day of September, 1976. <br />Maynard L.
