R-76-19 (A) <br />3. That in the event any such easements are required by the City Engineer <br />those easements shall be conveyed to the City by Deed of Easement, in a form <br />satisfactory to the City Attorney. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon filing of Certificates of Survey as <br />aforesaid and delivery of properly executed Deed conveying to the City any <br />easements required by the City Engineer, the City Clerk may approve for <br />recording with the Register of Deeds any instruments of conveyance necessary <br />to effectuate that subdivision. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 6th day of July, 1976. <br />Mayne Eder, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />W 1 <br />Donald Mehs Omer, City Clerk <br />
