R-76-26 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION OF ALLIED <br />PROPERTIES, INC. FOR APPROVAL OF THE PLAT OF <br />DEMONTREVILLE HIGHLANDS <br />WHEREAS, Allied Properties, Inc. has previously filed an application for <br />approval of theEPlat of DeMontreville Highlands; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo on January 20, 1976, <br />approved a preliminary draft of said Plat subject to certain conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, th.e City Council on January 20, 1976, approved the rezoning of <br />a small portion of the land included within the proposed Plat of DeMontreville <br />Highlands for the reasons set forth in the memorandum annexed hereto as Exhibit' <br />"All; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Properties, Inc. has complied with the condi- <br />tions of that preliminary approval in that Allied Properties, Inc. has complied <br />with the conditions recommended by the City's staff, has completed the dedication <br />of park property as required by the preliminary plan and has established to the <br />satisfaction of the City Planner that an environmental impact statement is not <br />required - according to the report of tke City Planner delivered to the Council <br />at the Council meeting of April 20, 1976: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the final plat of DeMontreville High- <br />lands on file with the City Clerk is hereby approved and the Mayor and Clerk are <br />authorized to endorse the City's approval on the same. <br />Adopted by the City Council this day of , 1976. <br />Maynard .
