Mahtomedi Three members of the Mahtomedi City Council were present to dis- <br />cuss their proposal of hiring a shared time administrator with the <br />City of Lake Elmo. They pointed out that they had a federal grant-in- <br />aid to pay the salary for eight months. No action was taken and the <br />Council indicated they would reach an early decision and inform the <br />Mahtomedi Mayor. <br />Special Motion by Council member Shervheim, seconded by Council member <br />Use Per- Lyons to construe the resolution of March 16, 1976, increasing fees <br />mit fees for special use permits to apply only to those permits issued after <br />March 16, 1976, so that renewals of permits issued prior to 1976 would <br />still be based on the fee schedule in effect at the time they were <br />issued subject in all cases to the City being reimbursed for any <br />actual inspection or administrative expenses incurred in connection <br />with such special use permits. <br />Midwest The Council discussed the amounts expended for Planning services <br />Planning in 1976. No action was taken. <br />Posting Motion by Mayor Armstrong, Seconded by Council member Pott to <br />Places move the posting place from the corner of County Road 13 and Highway <br />12 to Cimarron Community Center. Passed 5-0. <br />March 15 Motion by Mayor Armstrong, Seconded by Council member Morgan to <br />Meeting hold the 7:30 portion of the March 15th meeting in the Cimarron Community <br />Center. <br />\10' ry Council member Shervheim moved, Councilman Morgan seconded <br />PU is authorizing the qualification of Deputy Clerk Edna Beers as a Notary <br />Public. Passed 5-0. <br />Bills Council member Shervheim moved, Council member Lyons seconded <br />to pay all bills listed except for the $689.00 to Midwest Planning <br />regarding the Metropolitan Systems Statements.
