Minutes --Lake Elmo City Council Meeting, October 4, 1977 --- Page 3 <br />Drainage thru Lions Park: Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Council- <br />man Morgan to approve necessary expense to shoot elevations <br />of drainage area to determine amount of excavating necessary <br />to open so water can follow its natural drainage. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Snowmobiles: Motion by Councilman Pott 2nd by Councilman Morgan to <br />authorize mayor to sign a letter approving trails the <br />same as approved for 1976-7. Carried 5-0. <br />Engineer rates --Letter received from Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Assoc., <br />with rates for service for 1978. <br />Principal Engineer $30.00,. Registered Engineer $25.00, <br />Asst. Eng. $20.00, Senior Technician $16.00, Junior Technician <br />$13.00 and Clerical $10.00. Mileage at $.15/mile. Other <br />expenses at cost. <br />MWCC - Letter <br />requesting any reports of damage or problems that may have <br />resulted from excess rains. <br />4 League of Cities meeting - notice - October 18, 1977 at Ham Lake <br />Weed report -- <br />To be prepared for signature. <br />Administrator's <br />Report: Advised that cost of maps would be $3,215 slightly <br />more than the $3,000. estimate. Maps will be completed in <br />30-60 days. <br />Adjournment: <br />Motion by Councilman Shervheim 2nd by Councilman Pott to <br />adjourn at llzl6 p.m. Carried 5-0. <br />
