NOTICE OF HEARING ON <br />STREET 'IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; <br />TIME AND PLACE: Notice is hereby given that the <br />City Council of the City of.Lake <br />Elmo, Minnesota, will meet at the <br />City Hall in said City at 7:30 <br />o'clock P.M. on Tuesday, October 41 <br />1977, to conduct a hearing on <br />the construction of street and <br />storm sewer improvements. The <br />proposed improvements include <br />draining, installation of gravel <br />base, bituminous surface, bituminous <br />curb and storm sewer to carry off <br />run-off to Eagle Point Lake fork <br />located East of the land platted <br />as TABLYN PARK. The streets to <br />be improved would be the streets <br />to be improved as part of the <br />proposed plat of Tablyn Park 2nd <br />Addition including an extension <br />of the 27th Street North as <br />described in said proposed plat <br />to.existing 28th Street and the <br />improvement of existing 28th <br />Street and part of existing <br />27th Street. The storm sewer <br />improvements would be within the <br />area proposed to be platted at <br />Tablyn Park 2nd Addition and the <br />area lying between the land now <br />platted as Tablyn Park and Eagle <br />Point Lake Fork <br />ESTIMATED COST: The estimated cost of said improve- <br />ments is $94,000.00. <br />AREA PROPOSED The area proposed to be assessed for <br />TO BE ASSESSED: such improvements is every lot, piece <br />or parcel of land within the City of <br />Lake Elmo abutting the streets on <br />which said improvements are located, <br />based on benefits received, without <br />regard to cash valuation and every <br />block, piece or parcel of land <br />within said City benefiting by said <br />storm sewer improvements based on <br />benefits received and without regard <br />to cash valuation. <br />
