Carried 5-0. <br />Councilmam Pott offered Resolution R78-4 .A Resolution' <br />of the�City of.- Lake Elmo Authorizing Filing of Application <br />for Grants to Acquire and Develop Open Space Under. the <br />Provision o.f_'the Federal Land and Water Conservation <br />Fund Act and the State Natural Resource Fund for Bicycle <br />Trails and Foot Paths in City Park. Seconded by Council- <br />man Morgan. Carried 5-0. <br />Mayor Armstrong offered Resolution R78-5 A Resolution <br />Authorizing and Directing the Mayor of the City of. <br />Lake Elmo to Vxecute and File a 5--Yens Action Program <br />for Reid Park. Seconded by Councilman Morgan. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Councilman .Morgan offered Resolution R78-6,A Resolution <br />Authorizing and Directing the Mayor of the City of Lake <br />Elmo to Execute and File a 5'-Year Ilction Program for <br />the City Parks. Seconded by Councilwoman Lyons. <br />Carried 5-0. <br />Subdivision Ordinance: Uopefulsly Mr'. Whittaker will have most of the <br />items put together for consideration at Council Meeting <br />January 17, 1978. <br />Water -rates: Motion by Councilman Pott 2nd by Councilwoman Lyons to <br />approve a two step price increase in water rates. The <br />first increase to go into effect January 1, 1978 and <br />the second increase to go into effect January 1, 1979. <br />Jan,. 1 - 1978 schedule: <br />Fixed expense charge $5.00 <br />Water rate $.40/1000 gals.
