Further that Top-Twetty Agrees to issue to the City, 1st mortgage agreement for 1.0 of the 20 lots in Tablyn Park 2nd addition in the amount of $7,300 per lot for a total of $73,000, 'The City agrees to release the mortgage rights upon deposit to they escrow account of $7,300 per lot. Finally the City agrees to accept, a park dedication of $3.,438.00, of which $1,3 2,00 will be cash and the balance of $2,125.00 for the asphalt walkway to the park area which will be paid for by Top -Twenty.
