s <br />R E S 0 L U T I O N <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING TNTERFUND AUDIT ADJUSTMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the farm of DeLaHunt Voto & Co., Ltd., Certified Public Accountants, <br />examined the financial statements of the City of Lake Elmo for the year ending <br />December 31, 1977; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lake Elmo accepted the resulting audit report <br />submitted by DeLaHunt Voto & Co., Ltd.; and <br />WHEREAS, DeLaHunt Voto & Co., Ltd. made certain recommendations in their audit <br />report; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />County of Washington, State of Minnesota, authorizes the following Interfund Audit <br />Adjustments: <br />General Fund <br />Debt Service Fund: <br />G.O. Refunding Bonds of 1976 <br />Special Assessments Fund: <br />Water Improvement Bonds of 1962 <br />Road Improvement Bond Fund <br />Sewer Improvement Bonds of 1972 <br />Street Improvement Bonds of 1974 <br />Resolution 77-11: <br />Street Improvement Bonds of 1974--(D.
