by the City Engineer pursuant to the provisions of the <br />subdivision ordinance. <br />3. The rezoning of the land to be included in said plat <br />as ordered by the City Council on this date, shall be <br />completed by passage of publication of appropriate <br />ordinance as provided by law, prior to recording of <br />the final plat. <br />4. The final plat shall include a street from 59th Street <br />North to High Trail North; said street shall be placed <br />on an alignment to be proved by the City Engineer. <br />5.
