(2) The approval hereby given to said plan is <br />subject to and conditioned upon the frontage <br />roads described in those plans being relocated <br />and constructed as remote frontage roads instead <br />of the adjacent frontage roads now shown on <br />said plan. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Lake Elmo, subject <br />to the reservations and conditions aforesaid, will accept owner- <br />ship and maintenance responsibilities for the frontage roads <br />and bicycle trail parallel to the frontage roads within the <br />City of Lake Elmo, upon the completion of their construction <br />and transfer of title by the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />3rd day of October 1978. <br />Thomas G.
