R-78-40 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF IARE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECONVEXANCE OF TAX -FORFEIT IANI) <br />WHEREAS, Irving Nelson has requested that the City reconvey the following <br />described land the State of Minnesota so that he may attempt to repurchase <br />the same; <br />WHEREAS, the City does not intend to continue using the said land for <br />purpose for which it was agreed under Section 282.081 of the Minnesota Statutes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo that the following described land be reconveyed to the State of Minnesota; <br />That part of the North Half of North Half of Southwest Quarter. of <br />Northwest Quarter (N'k of N'k of SW'k of NW'k) of Section Twenty-two <br />(22), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-one (21), being the <br />East Fifty (50) feet of the West Seven Hundred Twenty (720) feet <br />thereof. <br />(Property No. 36-37022-3750) <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 3rd day of. <br />October, 1978, <br />�2.c�-•�,.e�.�j �� (.����-"^,�y' lam-` y <br />Thomas G.
