R-78-41 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE JOINT POWERS <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF OAKDALE WHEREBY <br />THE CITY OF OAKDALE PROVIDES ANIMAL CONTROL <br />SERVICES TO THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of bake Elmo held on October 3, 1978, at the Lake Elmo City <br />Hall, with the following present: Mayor Armstrong, Council <br />members Lyons, Pott, Morgan and Shervheim, and the following <br />absent: none, <br />the Lake Elmo City Council resolved: <br />WHEREAS, on May 23, 1978, the City of Oakdale and the <br />City of Lake Elmo entered into an agreement for the purpose <br />of the City of Oakdale providing animal control services to <br />the City of Lake Elmo at a sum of $350 per month. <br />WHEREAS, on August 31, 1978, said agreement expired; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Oakdale and the City of Lake Elmo <br />have determined to continue the agreement at its current level; <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Oakdale and <br />the City of Lake Elmo hereby extend the joint poweres agreement <br />until terminated by either party by serving ten (10) days <br />written notice on the other party. <br />Voting in favor: Mayor Armstrong, Council members <br />Lyons, Pott, Morgan and Shervheim. <br />Voting against: none <br />Resolution duly seconded and passed this 3 day of <br />October , 1978 <br />Thomas G.
